Ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with federal/state/Canadian laws, manage garnishments, 401(k) contributions and reporting, maintain payroll portals, approve security access, troubleshoot exceptions, train and develop staff, and support audits and special projects.

Provide technical support and development for Banner enterprise applications: review, test, and implement code changes and upgrades; develop reports, dashboards, and interfaces; collaborate with BI analysts to ensure ODS/EDW feeds; document and manage software library deployments; troubleshoot, escalate, and maintain system availability while ensuring data security and user access.
