Oversee safety, health, and environmental compliance for multi-state energy efficiency and renewable energy construction projects across the Northeast. Responsibilities include developing site safety plans, conducting audits, ensuring OSHA and PPE compliance, investigating incidents, reviewing subcontractor qualifications, leading safety meetings, maintaining certifications, and implementing corrective actions and continuous-improvement strategies. The remote role requires travel of up to 75%.

Build and lead Ameresco’s national Medium Voltage Operations & Maintenance department across solar PV and BESS assets. Responsibilities include hiring crews, creating SOPs and safety systems, managing subcontractors, overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance, coordinating dispatch and travel, maintaining inventory, ensuring OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance, developing technician training, managing budgets, and supporting emergency response.

Leads end-to-end proposal development for software, consulting, and professional services pursuits. Analyzes RFx requirements, develops strategies and win themes, writes and edits persuasive content, coordinates SMEs and pursuit teams, creates graphics, manages submissions, maintains content libraries, and supports presentations and customer communications. Reviews outcomes and lessons learned to improve proposal quality and win rates while managing multiple deadlines.
