Own the marketing technology product roadmap and systems backlog while managing end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and marketing SaaS initiatives. Translate marketing goals into requirements, user stories, and technical priorities; coordinate developers, architects, BSAs, and stakeholders; facilitate Agile ceremonies and UAT; manage dependencies, risks, integrations, data flows, and deployment readiness; and communicate roadmap progress and technical tradeoffs to leadership.

Leads observability and software release engineering initiatives, developing and maintaining tools that automate builds, packaging, installation, and delivery. Compiles software from source, manages build schedules, maintains source-controlled tools, supports package registries, resolves build errors, and drives process improvements. Acts as a subject matter expert, manages complex projects, coaches junior staff, and collaborates across departments to establish technical strategies and processes. Requires at least eight years of functional experience, including five years in the specific role area.
