Investigates complex insurance claims referred for potential fraud across auto, homeowners, and specialty lines. Reviews claim documents, medical records, property damage, online data, and investigative findings; conducts interviews, searches, site inspections, and surveillance as needed. Coordinates vendors, determines whether field investigation is warranted, validates evidence, documents outcomes, and recommends claim decisions, including denial or settlement. This is a remote desk-based role with no supervisory responsibilities.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle of Allstate’s Kubernetes-based container platform across data centers, AWS, and Azure. Prioritize features, validate product assumptions, define success metrics, manage platform upgrades and vulnerabilities, and drive stakeholder adoption. The role requires hands-on technical knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud services, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and agile product practices, along with strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Analyzes exposure risks across databases and data platforms, including permissions, access models, configurations, storage, encryption, and service-to-service access. Investigates attack paths, validates risks using queries and logs, prioritizes issues by exploitability and business impact, and partners with database, cloud, platform, engineering, and cybersecurity teams on remediation and preventative controls.
