Own end-to-end product design across research, problem definition, prototyping, implementation, launch, and iteration. Shape product direction with engineering, CX, and executive partners; engage directly with customers; create polished interfaces for complex FP&A workflows; use AI throughout the design process; and improve team practices, design patterns, feedback, and product quality.

Own inbound lead conversion by responding to demo and trial requests, engaging content-driven leads, prioritizing prospects, reactivating stalled opportunities, identifying buying stakeholders, and rigorously qualifying meetings for Account Executives. The role partners with sales and marketing, uses CRM and sales engagement tools, applies AI to improve productivity, and provides feedback to enhance messaging and lead routing.

Lead product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and short-cycle trials for FP&A leaders. Translate Aleph’s AI and automation capabilities into finance business value, configure solutions, answer technical and finance questions, and guide stakeholders through evaluations. Engage CFOs and VPs, support sales execution, and relay customer insights to Product and Engineering. The role requires strong FP&A and financial modeling expertise, spreadsheet fluency, comfort with AI, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
