Serves as the first point of contact for prospective franchisees, guides applicants through applications and compliance requirements, maintains records, evaluates location fit, and closes franchise opportunities. Provides accurate information about fees, requirements, and support while delivering professional customer service through phone, email, and occasional in-person interactions.

Supports Zenshi franchisees through mentorship, operational guidance, policy enforcement, food safety oversight, financial analysis, sales strategy, and field visits. The role monitors franchise performance, reviews P&L, cash flow, and EBITDA, identifies profitability opportunities, and holds franchisees accountable to brand standards. It requires relationship-building, restaurant operations leadership, documentation, and up to 60% travel to franchise locations.
