Maintain and ensure uptime of live broadcast and AV systems by performing preventative maintenance, fault isolation, configuration backups, and coordinated maintenance windows. Troubleshoot SDI and IP media (ST 2110, Dante, AES67), manage vendor cases, produce incident reports and run-books, support integration/remediation projects, and travel between client sites as needed.

Maintain and troubleshoot Airtable systems, API integrations, dashboards, and automated reporting across financial, moderation, and production data. Validate integrations, resolve data-flow issues, maintain data standards and documentation, and support operational data reliability. The role is fully onsite and provides mentorship from a Senior Data Operations Architect.

Leads full-cycle talent acquisition across creative, media production, and technical roles. Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, managing and mentoring recruiters, sourcing candidates, overseeing hiring processes, tracking recruitment metrics, managing recruiting technologies, ensuring employment-law compliance, negotiating offers, and partnering with leadership to scale hiring capacity and improve candidate experience.
