What's the Company Culture Like at Addition Wealth?

Updated on August 31, 2026

Addition Wealth Employee Perspectives

Describe Addition Wealth’s company culture in one word. What made you pick that word?

“Collaborative.” Our team thrives on working together, especially under tight timelines. In these moments, it’s inspiring to see how every member, across all functions, seamlessly switches into a collaborative mindset. Team members proactively step up, help each other and remove roadblocks to ensure progress. Like a series of dominos falling perfectly into place, everyone hustles and contributes their expertise to deliver exceptional results. This shared commitment to teamwork and problem-solving is what makes our collaboration so powerful, and it’s the reason we consistently go above and beyond for our users and clients. Without this spirit of collaboration, our success simply wouldn’t be possible.

How long have you been with Addition Wealth, and what professional growth or development have you seen in that time?

I’ve been with the company for nine months, and time truly flies in a startup. I often say that one week in a startup feels like a month at a larger company, thanks to the sheer volume of learning, growth and results packed into each day.

As head of engineering, one of the most rewarding challenges has been fostering a strong engineering culture while staying laser-focused on delivering value to the business. While this isn’t a challenge unique to our team, it’s one I’ve found immensely interesting to tackle. Along the way, I’ve had opportunities to connect with engineering leaders at other companies, gaining valuable insights into how different organizations navigate similar challenges. My biggest area of growth has been learning to let go of preconceived notions and embracing new strategies with an open mind. The constant evolution and collaborative spirit at Addition make this a deeply fulfilling experience.
