TigerConnect gained $300M. TigerConnect’s cloud-based platform allows workers in the medical field to communicate with one another and also offers scheduling tools and alarm management. Fan Controlled Football raised $40M. Fan Controlled Football is almost exactly what it sounds — fans can vote on plays being called but only if they own crypto. The company raised a $40 million Series A round co-led by Animoca Brands and Delphi Digital with participation from several other investors. The funds will allow Fan Controlled Football to increase the size of the league from four teams to eight. [dot.LA]

EduMe gained $20M. London-based EduMe is an HR platform that provides mobile-based training for deskless workers, or those not working in traditional offices. The Series B round led by Prosus will go toward product development and innovation. The company has a U.S. headquarters in Santa Monica and is currently hiring for a few tech roles there. Hadrian got $36.4M. Hadrian Automation develops “critical precision components” for aerospace and defense companies, according to its website. Hadrian’s $36.4 million raise came from 28 investors. The company is set on creating autonomous aerospace factories, and is currently seeking out more applicants to join its team. [dot.LA]
AmazeVR received $15M. Users can experience virtual reality concerts through the AmazeVR platform. After the company’s recent funding round, AmazeVR has raised $30.8 million since 2015 when it was founded. AmazeVR’s co-CEO Ernest Lee told TechCrunch the company will use the funds to hire more employees. [TechCrunch]
Gimbal | true[X] hired a new SVP. Gimbal | true[X] focuses on location and attention-based marketing to better connect consumers with ads that actually mean something to them. The company announced the appointment of Lauri Baker as SVP of partnership strategy.
