Sales Manager - Los Angeles
Place Showroom is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Los Angeles Showroom. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all specialty business on the West Coast. The Sales Manager will oversee the Account Executives to ensure targets are being met. Duties include but are not limited to, overseeing the Sales Team, forecasting and planning, brand management, and territory development. The Sales Manager will participate in all major trade shows and markets throughout the West Coast. The Sales Manager must have established relationships with accounts in the territory and should be knowledgeable about all distribution and market trends.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Excellent people skills
- The ability to excel in high-pressure and fast-paced situations
- Must have at least 5 years of wholesale sales experience, preferably in women's apparel/accessories
- Experience leading a sales team preferred
- Must have relationships in the industry with key west coast specialty accounts
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Knowledge of current trends
- Professional office skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Salary range $110-125K plus bonus opportunity, commensurate with experience
