Sales Operations Associate, Internal Tools

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join Team Snapchat! In this role, you will focus on the ongoing development of internal tools to increase Sales effectiveness and drive revenue. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you will partner closely with our Product Management team to shape our Sales tools roadmap and optimize tooling for policy enforcement, reporting needs, and Sales efficiency.
What you'll do:
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and other key stakeholders to identify and define tooling needs to successfully scale the business
- Conduct market research and strategic analysis to inform Sales tool solutions
- Collaborate with Product Management to influence Sales tools strategy and build internal solutions to enforce business rules, improve reporting, and increase the efficiency of our Sales team
- Evaluate third party vendors and work closely with Legal, Security, and Engineering to onboard
- Train and educate the Sales team on new tools and features
- Continuously adapt and effectively communicate pre and post Sales workflow through documentation, diagrams, and education
- Assist Sales in troubleshooting tool errors and communicate bugs to Product and Engineering through tickets
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years experience in a Sales Operations role at a technology company
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field
- Experience developing Sales systems and tools for large teams, and rolling out these tools at scale
- Proven business sense and problem solving, project management, and analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising sales
- Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Someone who’s comfortable dealing with changing environments and operating under high levels of uncertainty
- Excellent interpersonal skills to partner cross-functionally
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
