Manager, Spectacles Partnerships

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join Team Spectacles! Working from our Venice, CA office, you’ll own strategic partnerships and relationships that support marketing and new business for Spectacles as a business unit.
What you'll do:
- Discover, evaluate, develop, and manage critically important business relationships across a number of different verticals
- Work with our Marketing, Partnerships, and Business teams to drive strategic decision-making
- Cultivate best-in-class partnerships, manage information flows, and act as a subject matter expert to internal and external partners with regard to Spectacles
- Analyze and report on partnership and business development opportunities with a critical and creative mindset
- Identify and close complex deals that drive product recognition, sales, and revenue growth
- Support the team through events and other strategic initiatives
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or account management
- BS or higher in a relevant field of study
- Proven expertise in relationship management in a business development, partnership, or enterprise sales function
- Extensive knowledge of markets and key players in a number of different verticals, with a particular expertise in at least one market area
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Proven ability to adapt quickly and effectively communicate with internal and external partners
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
- Deep passion for relationship management and Snapchat!
