Who We’re Seeking:

An experienced strategic leader who will drive revenue, profit and operational performance for our newest business line. We launched Omaze Made – our merchandise campaign initiative – in 2016. This role will be key in determining the strategy for the Made business, which is primed for major growth. The Head of Omaze Made will be passionate about merchandising, e-commerce, and the intersection of entertainment, technology, and philanthropy. They will work cross-functionally with our Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams. Our ideal candidate will lead innovation and process improvement initiatives, always with a customer-centric perspective. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a winning strategy to grow an e-commerce business in a competitive environment 
• Drive double digit growth year over year and develop new initiatives and opportunities designed to unlock profit for our nonprofit partners
• Own and optimize the customer experience – from onsite and email communication, to delivery and customer service
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members that encourages breakthrough ideas and business results

Our Ideal Candidate:

• You have 8+ years of leadership experience in e-commerce merchandising 
• You are an experienced manager ready to lead a cross-functional team
• You are entrepreneurial and scrappy; you have experience building new products and processes 
• You have overseen multiple parts of a commerce business – from sales to marketing to procurement and fulfillment 
• You have experience managing a P&L 
• You have strong analytical and quantitative skills and can use data and metrics to drive action
• You have a solid track-record of problem-solving, managing time and deadlines, as well as the ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities of the business
• You have excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills; and can build strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally
• You have proven ability to automate processes + create efficiencies
• You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• You take your work seriously, but not yourself
