Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join Team Spectacles! Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll help develop strategic relationships that support Spectacles as a business unit.
What you'll do:
- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities for Spectacles
- Work cross-functionally to define channel positioning for Spectacles products and identify partners within channels
- Articulate and update clients on Spectacles products and developments
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
- Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts, and provide reports as needed
- Identify and close complex deals that drive sales and brand recognition
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field of study
- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or account management
- Proven expertise in relationship management in a business development, partnership, or enterprise sales function
- Extensive knowledge of markets and key players in a number of different verticals, with a particular expertise in at least one market area
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Proven ability to adapt quickly and effectively communicate with internal and external partners
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep passion for relationship management and Snapchat!
