We are looking for an Agency Strategy and Operations Specialist to join Team Snapchat! Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll build and grow long-term business partnerships with brands, as well as their media and marketing partners. You’ll bring your creative mindset, detail-oriented approach, and strategic expertise to collaborate with your team in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid working environment.
What you’ll do:
- Support our Agency Partner team in structuring, drafting, and negotiating large commercial agreements and upfront agreements with key advertising partners
- Partner closely with our Legal, Finance, Policy, and Ad Ops teams to structure and negotiate governing terms agreements for advertising campaigns
- Structure, monitor, and manage procedures for insertion orders and quality assurance
- Manage multiple negotiations simultaneously across multiple regional offices
- Ensure quality and best practices while working with both internal Sales teams and advertising partners
- Drive the standardization of new and ongoing processes
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years experience in the digital media space — preferably with a focus on negotiating complex commercial agreements, upfront agreements, and governing terms agreements
- BA/BS in a relevant field, MBA/JD preferred
- Experience drafting contracts
- Experience evaluating and providing strategic business input on new business opportunities and deal structures
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and all levels of management, both internally and externally
- An analytical, strategic business thinker with a strong work ethic
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects and negotiations, both internally and externally
