Job Summary:
The Account Manager will work closely with account executives, sales planners, operations and marketing to deliver exceptional customer service and insight for each client. A positive attitude, strong sense of accountability, and professional demeanor is essential along with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced and sales-focused environment. This individual will help facilitate aspects of the sales process to ensure client retention and growth while working closely and constructively with all areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Create Insertion Orders in Salesforce
- Assist with RFP creation, marketing collateral generation and dissemination
- Ensure successful onboarding of new clients while managing and maintaining existing relationships
- Execute timely responses to client inquiries and ensure the needs of the client are met
- Monitor daily spends, performance, and pacing to identify areas of improvement and upselling opportunities to ensure client retention and growth
- Manage clients and their campaigns to successful completion.
- Report generation, creation and customization
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales/account management experience with demonstrated success developing client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, analytical and time management
- Proficient in salesforce.com
- Enthusiasm and interest in marketing and advertising, passionate about brands, understanding of sales process
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Desirable:
- Agency experience (preferred)
- Mobile experience a strong plus
- Experience with ad serving systems (ad network or SSP)
