Lead product strategy and commercialization for payer offerings by translating market intelligence and client insights into 12–24 month roadmaps. Leads strategy, discovery, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement for AI-enabled enterprise products and tools. Defines product roadmaps, user stories, KPIs, and evaluation frameworks covering reliability, accuracy, security, cost, and performance. Uses customer feedback, market analysis, and experimentation to prioritize features and validate assumptions. Partners with engineering teams, including colleagues in India, and translates complex AI concepts into scalable business value.

Manage Acuity’s personal or package insurance product lines, overseeing product strategy, roadmaps, market performance, growth, and profitability. Analyze competitive, customer, pricing, and industry data to identify product opportunities and enhancements. Collaborate with underwriting, distribution, actuarial, communications, and other stakeholders to execute strategies, align goals, and deliver insights to business leaders.
