Configure, support, test, and optimize Workday modules across HR functions. Troubleshoot issues, build advanced reports, conduct data reconciliations and audits, support cross-functional implementations, document systems, and mentor junior configuration specialists. The role requires at least three years of Workday configuration experience and may involve Workday Payroll certification.

Supports People Operations programs including onboarding, performance and promotion cycles, communications, employee support, reporting, and change adoption. Maintains employee data in Workday, responds to operational inquiries, improves HR processes, handles confidential information, and uses AI tools to optimize workflows and reporting.

Partners with Engineering, Hardware, Revenue, and G&A groups on compensation decisions, offers, promotions, job evaluations, benchmarking, and total rewards. Analyzes market data using compensation tools, develops leader training and communications, and advises HR, recruiting, finance, and executives. Also leads adoption of AI-enabled compensation workflows and resources. Requires 5+ years of technology-company compensation experience, HRIS and market benchmarking expertise, and strong analytical and presentation skills.

Owns end-to-end execution of Snap's compensation planning cycles (base, bonus, equity); leads compensation program design and rollout; partners cross-functionally; implements AI-enabled workflows; conducts benchmarking and analysis; builds enablement materials and supports equity operations to improve employee experience.
