Engage customers to deliver excellent in-store service and drive sales. Maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards, meet sales metrics, process transactions accurately at POS, assist with inventory and displays, and follow company policies and safety requirements.

Manage and execute social media content strategies, oversee photo shoots, engage with community and report on social media analytics.

Provide outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals by developing long-term client relationships, maintaining product and brand knowledge, collaborating with vendor partners, supporting store events and consultative selling, and performing ad hoc sales duties.

Lead one-on-one onboarding calls and personalized demos, proactively reach out to inactive members, prepare for and follow up on conversations, provide resources and next steps, and escalate larger opportunities to Account Managers. Part-time (up to 20 hrs/week), temporary through year-end with potential to extend.
