About The Role:As Notion's Workplace Experience Manager, you'll be the architect of daily life in our San Francisco headquarters—a 120,000 square foot space where exceptional operations meet intentional design. This on-site role combines strategic facility leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can negotiate vendor contracts, optimize seating plans with data-driven insights, and create signature workplace experiences that make our Anchor Days (Mondays and Thursdays) something teams look forward to. You'll own everything from preventive maintenance systems to AI-powered workplace innovations, ensuring our physical environment scales as elegantly as our product.
