Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. By combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we help aerospace and defense companies build rockets, satellites, aircraft, ships, and other mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost.

Following our $1.37B Series D at a $7.87B valuation, Hadrian is rapidly expanding our manufacturing footprint, launching new capabilities across welding, casting, forging, electronics, additive manufacturing, and more, while scaling our Factory-as-a-Service platform to transform how critical products are built.

Backed by leading investors including JPMorgan Chase, Valor Equity Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, 137 Ventures, Lux Capital, T. Rowe Price, and Morgan Stanley, we’re building the future of American manufacturing—and looking for exceptional people to help make it happen.

If you’re ready to take on the most challenging and rewarding work of your career while helping create American manufacturing jobs for generations to come, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

The Role:

As Hadrian grows, we are opening new training areas, standing up new training teams, piloting new training programs and planning the training facilities for the factories we have yet to open. The Workforce Training Coordinator helps build all of that. You will work alongside the people designing our training to turn a new program, team or space into something that runs: planning what each needs, lining up the people, equipment and materials, and having it ready when training begins.

For now, this is a building role. You will coordinate in-person pilot programs at our Los Angeles facility, support new training teams as they stand up, and plan training spaces with the teams designing our upcoming factories. As those programs and sites ramp, the role will grow into maintaining the scheduling, logistics and day-to-day execution that keep training running.

What You’ll Do

You will coordinate in-person pilot programs in Los Angeles, bringing together participants, trainers, space, equipment and materials, and capturing what each pilot needs so it can run again at scale. You will support new training teams as they stand up, making sure they have the spaces, materials, schedules and access they need to deliver their programs from the first day. You will plan the training facilities for upcoming factories with our facility and workplace teams, defining what each training space needs and tracking it through to readiness before the first cohort arrives. Along the way, you will build the schedules, trackers and checklists that the programs will run on, keep training records accurate, and flag risks early. As programs and sites ramp, you will take on the ongoing scheduling and logistics that keep training running across our sites.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years in a coordination, project coordination, logistics or operations support role.

  • Experience helping launch something new, such as a program, team, space or site, and getting it ready on time.

  • Experience managing schedules and resources for multiple people or projects at once.

  • Strong written and verbal communication with people at every level.

  • A record of staying organized and following through on details and deadlines.

  • Comfort with calendars, spreadsheets and software used to track projects or records.

  • The ability to adjust plans quickly when priorities change.

  • Willingness and ability to travel around 20% to our other sites.

What Will Set You Apart
  • Experience setting up or outfitting classrooms, labs, workspaces or a new facility.

  • Experience coordinating pilots, training or programs across more than one location.

  • Experience in a manufacturing, production or industrial environment; the environment can be learned in role.

  • Experience in aerospace or defense.

  • Experience with a learning management system or training records system; our systems are taught in role.

  • Experience ordering, tracking and managing equipment, materials or inventory.

  • A passion for training, career development and rebuilding the nation's manufacturing workforce.

Compensation

For this role, the target salary range is $73,000 - $107,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).

This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Benefits for Full-time Employees
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for employees
    401k

  • Relocation support may be provided for certain situations, based on business need.

  • Flexible vacation policy

  • Equity

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
