Salary Range: $80K – $92K

Overview:

Supports process analysis, requirements gathering, and backend integration of workflow tools and dashboards. Coordinates data source integration, reporting, and change tracking systems aligned with program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system specifications
  • Document current and future-state workflows and provide change tracking support
  • Collaborate on the deployment of workflow tools and dashboard reporting
  • Support integration with backend databases and Tableau/DataBricks environments
  • Conduct routine environment validation and incident response support
  • Assist in documentation and SOP creation.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis or system integration
  • Familiarity with process mapping, system documentation, or dashboard tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with development and operations teams.
