In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.


CTEC is seeking a Work Incentives SME  Expert to join our remote team, with candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Job Description: Specializes in Social Security work incentive programs and employment support services for individuals with disabilities. Provides expert consultation on Ticket to Work, PASS plans, and other employment-related benefits programs. Develops training content focused on helping beneficiaries achieve employment goals while maintaining necessary benefits support.

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of specialized experience in Social Security work incentive programs
  • Expert knowledge of Ticket to Work, PASS, IRWE, and other SSA employment support programs
  • Experience with vocational rehabilitation services and federal disability employment initiatives
  • Certification as Certified Work Incentive Counselor (CWIC) or Community Work Incentive Coordinator
  • Delivers training, workshops, and provides technical assistance
  • Understanding of federal disability policy, employment law, and benefits coordination requirements

Clearance: Must be able to Obtain Public Trust Clearance.
