  • Business Development: You are skilled at identifying, creating, and implementing growth opportunities within and between organizations to generate long-term value from customers, markets, and relationships. You have a proven track record of expanding business through strategic partnerships.
  • Partner Relationship Management (PRM): You are adept at managing and optimizing relationships with business partners through the use of methodologies, strategies, and software to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance collaboration and sales efforts. You leverage technology and data to maximize partner performance.
  • Negotiation: You engage effectively in dialogue to reach mutually beneficial agreements by understanding and addressing the needs and interests of all parties involved. You can balance competing priorities while maintaining strong relationships and achieving business objectives.

About This Role

As a GSI and Consultancy Partner Manager at Udemy, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with Global Systems Integrators and Consultancies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and relationship management, directly impacting Udemy's enterprise growth through high-value partnerships. You will be instrumental in scaling Udemy's reach in the enterprise market through some of the world's most influential technology and consultancy partners.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies with assigned GSI and consultancy partners to drive mutual revenue growth and market penetration, working with regional Udemy partner managers for local execution as needed.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations, including client leaders, technical teams, and business development executives as applicable
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure seamless partner experience and successful joint customer engagements
  • Create and deliver compelling business cases and proposals that demonstrate the value proposition of Udemy's solutions within GSI and Consultancy partner offerings
  •  Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to optimize program effectiveness
  •  Lead joint go-to-market planning sessions, including co-selling motions, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives
  •  Navigate complex deal structures and contract negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing partner ecosystems and adjacent market segments

What You'll Have

  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances within the technology or SaaS industry
  •  Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with Global Systems Integrators or similar technology partners
  •  Experience working with enterprise customers and understanding complex B2B sales cycles
  •  Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business strategies
  •  Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  •  Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets through partnership channels
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
  •  Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations and time zones

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for equity and uncapped OTE.

$140,000$200,000 USD
