The Wholesale Sales Admin assists with administrative tasks by ensuring accurate data entry, managing purchase orders, and maintaining communication with vendors and internal teams.
POSITION SUMMARY
The mission of the Wholesale Sales Admin is to assist with Wholesale administrative tasks in a timely manner, coupled with a meticulous approach to tasks and attention to detail to guarantee accurate data entry and smooth administrative operations.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR WHOLESALE SALES ADMIN:
-You will input PO information into Order Summaries, ensuring information is up to date and correct
-You will raise PO’s for Wholesale orders in line with the ranging calendar timelines
-Communicating with Vendors and the Wholesale Manager on order updates, you will ensure production timelines are upkept and all data integrity is accurate
-You will upload templates for ranges per retailer and assist with tag ordering when required
-You will check in with vendors weekly for delivery timelines and respond to vendor email enquiries in a prompt manner
-Ensuring all trackers and summaries are up to date and accurate, you will communicate any order updates to respective internal and external teams
COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
-College degree preferred
-Strong communication skills and ability to partner with multiple stakeholders
-Organization and attention to detail are essential
-Data maintenance experience is strongly preferred
-Shopify experience is a nice to have
SALARY BANDING: 60k-65k
