Schrödinger seeks a Senior Account Manager to join us in our mission to transform the discovery of therapeutics and materials with our digital chemistry platform.
As a member of our Life Sciences Sales team, you’ll grow revenue in your assigned territory, manage renewal and new business opportunities, and engage with diverse stakeholders in R&D, IT, and senior leadership. You’ll also collaborate closely with Schrödinger Applications Scientists, Deployment Managers, and Product Managers.

- Identify and close new software and services opportunities in your territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at your accounts
- Provide client feedback and market insights to internal product managers and scientific support team members
- Maintain accurate sales forecast reporting and client activity tracking in Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline
- An understanding of the drug discovery process
- Minimum five years experience selling complex scientific software solutions, and a track record of exceeding targets

Estimated base salary range: $100,000 - $160,000 with a 35% bonus. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, experience, education, degrees held, market data, and business needs.
