WHOOP is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Wholesale Allocation Manager to join our Global Operations team. Reporting into the Sr. Manager - Supply/Demand, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring WHOOP products are optimally distributed across wholesale partners, aligning inventory supply with partner demand to drive sell-through and sustained revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams.
*This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston office.*
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the end-to-end allocation strategy and execution for the wholesale business, ensuring timely and accurate product distribution aligned with partner needs and inventory availability.
- Partner closely with Sales and Demand Planning to forecast product needs and drive proactive allocation decisions that support both financial goals and customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze weekly performance metrics (e.g., sell-through, in-stock rates, returns) and make data-backed allocation adjustments as needed.
- Own the setup and maintenance of product allocation systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and scalability as the wholesale business grows.
- Collaborate with Logistics and Operations to ensure orders are processed and shipped according to allocation plans.
- Serve as a key point of contact for wholesale partners regarding allocation-related issues or escalations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in allocation, planning, or inventory management, preferably in a wholesale or consumer goods environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in inventory management and ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to stakeholders.
- Passion for the health and wellness space.

At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $160,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package..
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
