• Current employment with Western Switches.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service and supporting team success.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
• Relevant experience related to the position of interest is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications, is preferred.
• Experience in electrical distribution, sales, warehouse operations, accounting, customer service, or business support functions is a plus.
