Respond to customer inquiries and process orders by phone and email; provide quotes and product alternatives; support outside sales reps; track orders, backorders, and project status; coordinate with credit, warehouse, and counter sales; build customer relationships and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Coordinate switchgear bid opportunities from request through submission: review documentation, request and track information from vendors and manufacturers, prepare bid packages, monitor deadlines, maintain records and communications, support sales and project teams, assist with project turnover, and learn to read project specifications and one-line diagrams.

Outside sales representative responsible for prospecting and growing accounts in industrial, construction, commercial and energy markets through in-person visits, quoting, order management, and customer service; collaborates with internal product specialists, reports market trends, attends training, resolves customer issues, and travels to customer sites and branch offices.

Support inside and outside sales by processing telephone and email orders, providing pricing and delivery info, managing quotes and documentation, collaborating with senior and specialty teams for technical/pricing support, building customer relationships, participating in product training, and improving customer service and internal processes.

Participate in an 18–20 month rotational Sales and Leadership training program across warehouse, inside/counter/outside sales, project management, process improvement, and branch operations. Receive online and on-site training (including ERP and factory), mentorship, and hands-on assignments to prepare for branch management or sales career tracks.

Manage inbound telephone and email orders, quote pricing and terms, specify products and assemble pricing for electrical, lighting, and solar systems. Support outside sales, collaborate with specialty teams for switchgear/BESS/EV charging, maintain customer relationships, manage quotes and open orders, participate in training, and improve internal processes while maintaining accurate sales documentation.

Participate in an 18–20 month rotational leadership program across branch functions (warehouse, sales, project management, operations). Receive online and on-site training, mentorship, ERP training, and prepare for branch management or sales career paths.

Assemble mod shop electrical panels and components, manage inventory and order entry, prepare shipments, process telephone and priority orders, assist sales and customers, learn products and procedures, maintain a clean work area, and support continuous operational improvements.
