The Strategy Project Manager will oversee mid- to long-term roadmaps and execute strategic projects to grow WEBTOON's presence in the English-language market, leveraging market data and managing cross-functional teams.

The GW PMO Team drives WEBTOON’s global growth, with a strategic focus on expanding in the U.S. market. We identify key levers to enhance business performance, uncover actionable insights, and lead initiatives that deliver measurable results. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, we oversee projects from strategy development through execution. By leveraging market and user data, we optimize operations, monitor performance, and shape new strategic opportunities. As a Strategy PM, you will collaborate closely with international teams and partners to help WEBTOON scale its next stage of growth.
Essential Duties:
- Develop and manage mid- to long-term roadmaps to strengthen WEBTOON’s English-language service and expand its presence in the U.S. market
- Plan and execute strategic projects that accelerate the growth of WEBTOON’s English-language business
- Conduct market research and data analysis to drive business modeling and strategic recommendations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in performance management, business development, or go-to-market strategy for English-speaking markets
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills grounded in business and marketing data
- Ability to organize and manage business data in a structured, systematic way
- Excellent Korean communication skills and proven experience collaborating with international partners
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in content platform app strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate across global teams
- Flexibility to manage occasional international business travel
