We’re looking for a social media intern who can execute content ideas from beginning to end based on WEBTOON’s series and brand personality, has a pulse on trending pop-culture, and writes playful copy. You will work with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Partnerships, Creative, and Content.
**This is a paid internship position**
20-29 hour work week that’s flexible with your schedule. College graduates are preferred.
Hybrid program that runs for 6 months. Our office is based in El Segundo, California.

What You Will Do
Pitch content ideas and social media partnerships that will entertain and engage action, fantasy, anime, and gaming fans as well as comic fans
Assist with a large volume of short-form video content to be distributed via TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
Write copy for our owned-and-operated channels based on our brand personality
Assist with marketing campaigns and operations of our Ambassador community
Recommend new influencers based on audience demographics, social media metrics, and content styles
Update and track multiple content creation and upload schedules to ensure timely delivery of creative assets
Schedule, organize, and monitor content performance with social media management tools (e.g. Sprinklr, CreatorIQ)
Help optimize YouTube thumbnails, video titles, and video descriptions for owned-and-operated and influencer channels
Other duties and projects as assigned
Who You Are
You’re deeply engaged in WEBTOON and entertainment, especially with action, fantasy, anime, and gaming
You must be knowledgeable about social media platforms from the brand perspective, including (but not limited to) TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
You’re overflowing with social media ideas based on pop culture, memes, and stories
You thrive on producing entertaining, trending content that resonates with Gen-Z audiences
You can work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail
