Role Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, AI Operations to own the strategy, administration, and ongoing optimization of AI tools supporting the SDR organization. This role will manage platforms such as Qualified, Gong, and future AI tools, evaluate new technologies, identify high-impact use cases, and lead implementation roadmaps that improve SDR productivity, lead conversion, and pipeline generation.
The ideal candidate has experience building and launching agentic AI solutions within a SaaS Sales, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Operations environment. They should have strong knowledge of AI tools, Sales Development technology, and GTM systems, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration and optimization of SDR AI tools, including Qualified, Microsoft Co-Pilot, Gong Agent Studio, and future AI platforms.
- Identify new AI features, use cases, and technologies that can improve SDR productivity and pipeline impact.
- Build and manage implementation roadmaps for new AI tools, features, agents, and workflows.
- Partner with SDR Leadership, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, and vendors to launch and scale AI initiatives.
- Define business requirements, success metrics, rollout plans, and enablement needs for AI-related projects.
- Monitor tool performance, adoption, and business impact; recommend improvements based on data and user feedback.
- Maintain documentation, governance, and best practices for AI tool usage.
- Support vendor evaluations, pilots, and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Marketing and/or SDR/BDR Operations experience.
Experience building and launching agentic AI solutions in a SaaS Sales, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Operations environment. - Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Qualified, Gong, 6Sense, or similar GTM platforms.
- Familiarity with Sales Development processes and workflows, including lead routing, campaign workflows, account matching, and SDR engagement motions.
- Experience with AI tools, AI-enabled workflows, or AI-powered GTM technologies.
- Experience with Sales Development tools, sales engagement platforms, conversational marketing tools, and revenue technology platforms.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable processes.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM systems role.
- Experience with AI SDR tools, chatbots, virtual agents, conversational marketing platforms, or AI sales assistants.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and GTM system integrations.
- Comfortable working with emerging technologies and building processes in ambiguous environments.

The targeted base pay range for this role is $116K to $145K. When determining your salary, we consider your skills, experience, education, work location and internal equity.
