JOB DESCRIPTION

TMZ is looking for a Web Writer who can write feature stories with speed, accuracy and fairness. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and interest in pop culture, which includes the world of celebrity.  At least 2 to 4 years writing experience is preferable. The Web Writer will report to the News Director and Coordinating Producer.  

This position requires on-site presence 5 days a week.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $75,000.00-95,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
