What This Role Is

Holiday World is a digital platform dedicated to exploring global holidays, cultural traditions, and authentic recipes. We aim to publish original, informative, and culturally rich content for a global audience. We are looking for a motivated Content Writer Intern to join our editorial team. You will be responsible for writing high-quality articles, maintaining content quality standards, and publishing content using Strapi, our headless CMS.
This is an unpaid, remote internship with flexible hours ideal for individuals who are passionate about writing, holidays, culture, and digital publishing. It is well-suited for students, aspiring writers, or individuals looking to build a writing portfolio and gain hands-on experience with a growing digital content platform.

What You'll Do

  • Research and write original, engaging articles on topics related to global holidays, festivals, and traditional recipes

  • Flag and report low-quality, scraped, or AI-generated content that does not meet editorial standards

  • Format and publish articles using Strapi CMS

  • Ensure all content follows internal guidelines for tone, SEO, structure, and factual accuracy

  • Work with the design teams to improve internal linking, page layout, and content quality

  • Participate in ongoing content reviews and updates as needed

What You'll Have

  • Prior experience in writing or blogging (academic, personal, or professional)

  • Excellent command of English grammar and strong research skills

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Strapi or WordPress is preferred

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high content quality

  • Interest in cultural, historical, or culinary content is a strong plus
