The Vice President of Sales will report directly to the CEO and is responsible for driving revenue growth through hands-on leadership of Smart Care’s sales organization. This role is execution-focused—building pipeline, closing business, and elevating sales performance across regions and customer segments.
We are looking for someone who has similar industry experience as Smart Care and has worked for a private-equity company.
This is not a purely strategic role. The VP of Sales will be an active leader in the field, partnering closely with sales teams on deal strategy, customer engagement, and pipeline development. The role also works cross-functionally with Operations to ensure solutions are practical, well-scoped, and deliverable—while maintaining clear accountability for achieving revenue targets.
