Location: Remote, US-based | Moderate travel (client visits, industry events)

Infopro Learning is hiring a VP of Sales to lead our Managed Learning Services business in the US. This is a build role: you’ll own the commercial strategy, build the enterprise sales team, and personally close the deals that define the next chapter of our US growth.

ABOUT INFOPRO LEARNING

Infopro Learning is a global learning solutions partner that helps organizations transform workforce development from strategy to scale. For 30 years, we’ve partnered with some of the world’s largest and most recognized companies, delivering Managed Learning Services, Leadership Development, Strategic Advisory, and Content Development. Our work has been recognized by Brandon Hall Group, NelsonHall, Training Industry, The Fosway Group, and the Learning Performance Institute.

WHY THIS ROLE

This is a senior, high-visibility role with the backing of an established platform: a 30-year track record, a Fortune 500 client base, and global delivery infrastructure. You’ll report directly to the CEO and sit on the senior leadership team, shaping what we sell, who we sell to, and how we win in the US.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

•  Own the US Managed Learning Services sales and bookings target, from new logos to expansion to renewal.

•  Personally close large, multi-year MLS and workforce transformation deals while building the team that scales beyond you.

•  Hire, coach, and lead a team of Enterprise Sales Representatives across the US market.

•  Set quotas, design territories, and run the sales operating cadence: pipeline reviews, deal coaching, forecasting.

•  Partner with the delivery organization on deal scoping, pricing, and account strategy so what you sell is what we can execute.

•  Build the US go-to-market plan for Managed Learning Services: ideal customer profile, target accounts, channel mix, and demand generation.

•  Engage CLOs, CHROs, Chief People Officers, and other L&D and talent leaders at the board level, not just procurement.

WHAT YOU BRING

•  12+ years in enterprise B2B sales, including at least 3 years leading a team.

•  A track record of personally closing $2M+ enterprise deals, ideally in Managed Learning Services, learning outsourcing, or workforce transformation.

•  Deep experience selling professional services, L&D, HR services, or a related enterprise services category. You sell outcomes, not headcount.

•  Comfort operating across major US markets (New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Washington DC), having sold in at least three of them.

•  A hands-on style: you can build pipeline, run a forecast meeting, coach a deal, and close a quarter, all in the same week.

•  Willingness to travel regularly within the US, with periodic international travel for leadership offsites.

NICE TO HAVE

•  Existing relationships with CHROs, CLOs, or talent transformation buyers at Fortune 500 companies.

•  Experience building a sales team from one or two people into a full regional function.

If you’re ready to build something and own the outcome, we’d like to hear from you.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
