As the VP, Product - Enterprise, you will lead the strategy and development of our enterprise product offerings, with a primary focus on advancing our core GRC capabilities for mature enterprise customers and delivering enterprise specific capabilities needed to align with customer needs. The ideal candidate has experience working within SaaS companies that evolved from SMB-focused products to building robust enterprise capabilities and will bring a unique blend of startup and scale-up experience, great at navigating the complexities of transforming solutions into scalable enterprise-grade products. They will own the strategy and roadmap and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our product aligns with the sophisticated needs of our enterprise customers, driving both innovation and growth. 

What you’ll do:

  • Gather insights from customers, conduct market and competitive analysis, and Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise product offerings, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and market demands.
  • Advance our core GRC features to meet the demands of enterprise customers, focusing on configurability, integration, and scalability.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to deeply understand their challenges and ensure our solutions address their most pressing needs.
  • Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring enterprise-grade products to market and oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through post-launch iteration.
  • Establish and measure key OKRs and performance metrics to evaluate the success and impact of our enterprise motion and track key metrics to measure the success of enterprise product initiatives and iterate based on learnings.
  • Inspire and mentor product teams to push boundaries, think creatively, and deliver world-class solutions.

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years focused on leadership roles in SaaS companies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
  • Experience working in Security, GRC or other security and compliance-related products is a strong plus.
  • Extensive experience working in SaaS companies, particularly in transitioning products from SMB-focused to enterprise-grade solutions.
  • A unique blend of startup agility and scale-up discipline, with the ability to navigate the challenges of building scalable enterprise capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing product teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for solving complex problems for enterprise customers and driving customer-centric innovation.
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
  • Adept at articulating product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with a focus on problem-solving and driving results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).  The expected compensation range for this role is $251,000 - $309,800, subject to change.
