Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Orchestration
- Design and lead the GTM strategy across the GridOS portfolio and solutions.
- Translate product vision into clear commercial motions, ensuring roadmap-market-fit in real time.
- Identify white space opportunities and help define new solution offerings.
- Cross-Functional Integration
- Act as the connective tissue between product management, commercial ops, field sales, and delivery.
- Ensure launch readiness by orchestrating enablement, marketing, training, and services execution.
- Lead regular cross-functional operating rhythms (e.g., launch reviews, pipeline syncs, enablement councils).
- Solution Storytelling & Positioning
- Build and maintain solution-level narratives tied to in-market and near-market capabilities.
- Craft differentiated positioning that resonates with operators, CIOs, and regulators alike.
- Own messaging frameworks that scale from field decks to analyst briefings.
- Field-Centric Planning
- Partner with tech sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to map GTM plays to real deployment pathways.
- Identify attach, upsell, and expansion vectors across the install base.
- Leverage roadmap visibility to prepare the field with timely guidance, not post-hoc correction.
- Market Sensing & Feedback Loops
- Stay deeply connected to the voice of the customer and sales team.
- Prioritize roadmap features and delivery tradeoffs based on current pipeline blockers and customer feedback.
- Anticipate regulatory, competitive, or market shifts and adjust GTM plays accordingly.
- Success Metrics
- Define and track KPIs such as: pipeline velocity, solution attach rate, time-to-field-readiness, and GTM activation ROI.
- Implement feedback systems to continuously refine go-to-market efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in enterprise software go-to-market strategy, solution positioning, or portfolio management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect complex concepts to practical business outcomes, with a track record of driving results in dynamic, cross-functional environments.

The salary range for this position is $235,200 to $352,800 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s geographic location, experience, education, skill set, and work location. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation and equity. Benefits include health and additional benefits.
