Lead and define Peach's marketing strategy to drive growth, establish brand leadership, manage budgets, and develop a high-performing team.
About Peach
Peach is a modern loan management and servicing platform empowering lenders to launch and scale new lending programs. We provide a fully integrated, configurable system of record with API-first architecture, enabling lenders to bring products to market quickly while maintaining full compliance and operational efficiency.
Peach is a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS platform. We are on a mission to scale to $100M ARR in the next few years. As we enter this next chapter, marketing will play a critical role in shaping our market position, amplifying our voice, and driving accelerated growth.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and execution-focused marketing leader to define and lead Peach’s marketing strategy. This person will partner closely with the executive team to triple to quadruple our top-of-funnel, establish Peach as a category leader, and build scalable marketing foundations — all with a modern, high-impact, and efficient approach.
This is a player-coach role: we expect you to craft the strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute, test, and iterate rapidly. You’ll own the vision for marketing, hire and develop a high-caliber team, and personally represent Peach at key industry events and forums. This is a unique opportunity to build the marketing function from scratch—and grow into a CMO role as the company scales.
What You’ll Do
- Own marketing strategy end-to-end — from positioning and messaging to growth channels, demand generation, product marketing, and brand.
- Grow top-funnel by 3×–4×, driving scalable, measurable pipeline that fuels revenue growth.
- Build and execute a modern B2B marketing engine focused on creativity, speed, and impact.
- Develop annual marketing plans and budgets appropriate for the company’s ARR, with clear goals and ROI expectations.
- Own marketing metrics and financial rigor — responsible for CAC and ROI metrics. Co-own LTV and funnel conversion benchmarks with a sales leader.
- Lead partner & channel marketing strategy (alliances, referrals, integrations) to extend reach and co-sell opportunities.
- Own product marketing & sales enablement — buyer personas, competitive positioning, pricing strategy, launch playbooks, and sales battlecards.
- Drive events & field marketing strategy with clear ROI targets, including conferences, industry influencers and analyst relations, and executive roundtables.
- Innovate with limited budgets to outperform larger competitors — leveraging unconventional channels and creative campaigns to punch above our weight.
- Hire, lead, and develop a lean but high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and excellence.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align marketing closely with GTM strategy and revenue outcomes.
- Be the external face of Peach at major industry conferences, events, and media opportunities — representing our brand and thought leadership in the fintech ecosystem.
- Establish clear performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and communicate impact to the executive team and board.
- Stay on the forefront of AI in marketing, applying new tools to accelerate content creation, personalization, and campaign velocity.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS.
- Deep experience marketing complex, technical products to enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Proven track record as a player-coach — you can set high-level strategy and execute hands-on when needed.
- Comfortable operating in growth environments, where speed, resourcefulness, and accountability matter more than hierarchy.
- A modern marketer: you embrace new channels, creative formats, and AI-driven workflows to build differentiated awareness and demand.
- Strong budget management skills — you know how to build realistic, impactful plans that fit a scaling company’s marketing spend.
- Experience hiring, structuring, and scaling teams thoughtfully, with a focus on impact per person.
- Excellent communicator and public representative, comfortable on stage, in the press, and at industry forums.
- Bonus: experience in fintech or regulated industries.
