Location: Marina Del Rey, California 

Manager: Reports to CEO 

Role Overview 

The Marketing Director will be responsible for building and executing our marketing strategy, with a strong focus on product marketing and sales enablement. This is a hands-on leadership role balancing strategy with execution is designed to grow the team, strengthen brand presence, and directly drive revenue impact. 

Key Responsibilities 

Marketing Strategy & Execution 

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing roadmap aligned with company growth goals and product releases. 
  • Balance near-term sales enablement with long-term brand building. 

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement 

  • Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. 
  • Build compelling collateral, training, and resources to empower the sales team. 

Content & Campaigns 

  • Oversee development of high-quality content across digital, events, and sales channels. 
  • Drive campaigns that increase awareness and generate qualified opportunities. 

Customer & Market Insights 

  • Own a structured customer research program to capture voice of customer. 
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing and product strategies. 

Partnerships & Ecosystem 

  • Collaborate with key partners to amplify market reach and credibility. 

Team Growth & Leadership 

  • Manage and mentor the current team while building out additional capabilities. 
  • Foster a high-performance, creative, and collaborative culture. 

Performance & Analytics 

  • Define and track KPIs focused on revenue impact and brand strength. 
  • Continuously optimize programs to maximize ROI. 

Requirements 

  • 8–12 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 
  • Defense Tech, Drones, Robotics, Wireless Communications, or similar. 
  • Proven ability to build and scale B2B marketing programs. 
  • Strong background in product marketing and sales enablement. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology. 
  • Data-driven, with experience in tracking performance against revenue and brand metrics. 
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment. 

Nice to Have 

  • Familiarity with government/defense procurement processes.
