Enformion is a leading provider of data and intelligence solutions, empowering businesses and government organizations with actionable insights for identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance, and risk management. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Vice President of Marketing who can lead our marketing strategy and execution across demand generation, account-based marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations.

Position Overview

The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing marketing organization that fuels Enformion’s growth. This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on expertise in demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), operations, and product marketing. The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-focused, and experienced in driving measurable impact across the full marketing funnel.

This is a highly visible leadership role that will work closely with the executive team to position Enformion in the market, accelerate pipeline creation, and ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams.

Salary: $185k-$210k

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership
    • Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across demand gen, ABM, product marketing, and operations.
    • Partner with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with corporate objectives.
  • Demand Generation & ABM
    • Develop integrated campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
    • Lead account-based marketing programs to target and win high-value accounts.
    • Partner with sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts directly support pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Product Marketing
    • Oversee product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Ensure that Enformion’s value proposition resonates with target personas and industries.
    • Equip the sales team with enablement tools, competitive intelligence, and market insights.
  • Marketing Operations & Analytics
    • Build a scalable marketing operations framework to support campaign execution and performance measurement.
    • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
    • Drive continuous optimization through testing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with product teams on launches, positioning, and market feedback.
    • Contribute to executive discussions around growth strategy, pricing/packaging, and market expansion.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in demand generation, account-based marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or data/technology industries.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities.
