WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as the primary national contact for new reverse exchange inquiries referred by clients, sales professionals, operations teams, and other business partners.
- Clarify responsibilities, deliverables, deadlines, and communication expectations for all involved parties.
- Oversee deal-volume management and provide flexible support to the reverse exchange team during periods of increased volume, complex transactions, employee absences, or other business needs.
- Track and evaluate reverse exchange inquiries, transaction volume, referral sources, conversion rates, and revenue results; identify opportunities to improve performance and support the continued growth of the reverse exchange business.
- Develop and deliver training for sales and operations employees regarding reverse exchange fundamentals, appropriate client situations, intake requirements, transaction timing, common challenges, and escalation procedures.
- Identify, develop, and implement standardized processes, tools, and best practices that improve the consistency, efficiency, and scalability of reverse exchange operations.
- Participate in client presentations, educational meetings, webinars, or other business-development activities involving reverse exchanges.
- Build strong working relationships across national sales, operations, and reverse exchange functions.
- Engage with executive leadership team on hiring needs, performance management, resources, and tools required for the reverse exchange team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years demonstrated experience managing complex cross functional units or groups
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
- Demonstrated competency in creating and executing on strategic plans
- Proven track record of leading large, complex projects, including reverse 1031 Exchanges and build-to-suit 1031 exchanges, with multiple internal and external stakeholders and driving organizational change
- Demonstrated success with meeting the needs of a wide range of employees while driving team performance, monitoring results and appropriately allocating resources
- Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization to the successful execution of multiple complex projects
- Strong experience and knowledge of functional tools and infrastructure
- Progressive experience in leading employees in multiple locations, and significant experience developing and implementing solutions
- Possesses strong problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills
- Results oriented with strong time management and project management skills, and must be highly organized and driven to succeed
- Strong leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
