This role with work with both internal and external partners to leverage the breadth of FOX’s reach and distribution to drive data-driven ad sales growth. This role will also be accountable for building out extensive revenue models and leveraging BI tools to implement detailed reporting and dashboarding suites.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Optimize revenue across FOX’s ad inventory by identifying areas of opportunity to drive monetization through the growth of both inventory supply and marketplace demand.
Partner with both internal and external groups to implement those supply and demand opportunities.
Develop pricing and inventory Sales tools to drive adoption, sales packaging and demand.
Build data-driven revenue models to demonstrate opportunities that will drive strategies and smart decisioning.
Build a reporting and analysis suite from scratch that will both drive yield management and assist executive leadership in understanding performance, trends and opportunities.
Act as the key stakeholder in rolling out BI tools that deliver smart insights and marketplace trends.
Work with Ad Tech (AdRise) to build and implement a tech stack that drives optimization and automation.
Build inventory forecasting solutions that provide automated portfolio capacities at scale, and forecast accurate transactional avails for all campaigns
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
10-15+ years of experience in digital advertising
5-10+ years of experience managing digital pricing and inventory
5-10+ years of experience implementing and optimizing BI tools
Experienced in building and driving ad monetization strategies specific to the trends and opportunities of digital video.
Experienced in building detailed reporting and data visualizations to tell a story and develop strategies.
Experienced in leading teams and implementing effective processes
Strong ability to work and collaborate with other teams to drive cross-functional success
Effective communicator with the ability to educate all levels of the organization to ensure alignment on strategies and priorities
Proficient in digital ad servers, BI tools (Tableau a plus) and sales planning and order management systems (Salesforce, AOS)

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $185,500.00-259,500.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $154,500.00-216,200.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
