We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Strategy Manager to develop and implement social media strategies, manage online presence, create content, engage with players and analyze data to improve online visibility and brand effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success developing comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and target audiences, as well as creating engaging content for various social media platforms. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of the WorldWinner’s community across various social platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Twitch and Reddit
  • Identify opportunities for the brand to engage in wider cultural conversations and engagement trends
  • Stay plugged into the latest topics and trends on social
  • Plan, create, and execute the release of external messaging
  • Support and help generate asset releases, including screenshots, videos and demos
  • Experiment with new content formats, challenges, and viral mechanics to drive engagement.
  • Establish relationships with fans, listen to consumers, and engage in conversation through our owned channels on a daily basis
  • Maintain up-to-date list of influencers in key areas and develop a shortlist of potential influencers in line with key topics to amplify our reach and engagement
  • Analyze and report on content and program performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimization

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years’ experience in social media - agency (or client-side equivalent) as a Community Manager, Social Strategist, or Copywriter, preferably in gaming or entertainment
  • Appetite for all things digital and social, up to date on the latest platforms and technologies, as well as a desire to identify opportunities for strategic brand involvement in cultural trends
  • Video production/publishing, graphic design and/or content creation experience
  • Have a strong visual eye and understanding of creating photo and video assets
  • Must be familiar with the gaming space and have an overall passion for pop culture
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
