VP of Business DevelopmentWe are a venture-backed deep-tech wireless company developing breakthrough connectivity technology that delivers step-change improvements in performance, power efficiency, and spectrum utilization. As we approach first product milestones, we are hiring a VP of Business Development to build our commercial engine from the ground up.Role OverviewThis executive will define and execute our go-to-market strategy, secure lighthouse customers and strategic partners, and convert technical differentiation into early revenue opportunities. You will work closely with Engineering and Product to align roadmap with real market demand.Key Responsibilities
  • Define initial target markets and customer segmentation

  • Secure early design partners, pilot programs, and commercial agreements

  • Build and manage a high-quality strategic pipeline

  • Negotiate partnerships, licensing, and supply agreements

  • Establish ecosystem relationships (OEMs, integrators, platform partners)

  • Support fundraising through commercial validation and market traction

Qualifications
  • 12+ years in wireless, RF, semiconductor, or deep-tech hardware markets

  • Proven track record of securing early-stage design wins or strategic partnerships

  • Strong network across OEMs, Tier 1s, or infrastructure players

  • Technical fluency and ability to engage engineering stakeholders

  • Experience in early-stage, zero-to-one commercial buildout preferred.
