About the Role

We’re building a modern Sales Assistant for B2B teams in Africa—and we’re looking for a designer who understands that great design is about more than how things look. It’s about how things work and how people feel.

This is a hybrid role. You’ll be responsible for both product design and marketing design. That means designing clean, intuitive product experiences that help sales teams close deals faster, and creating sharp, on-brand marketing assets that drive growth.

This is not a siloed design role. You’ll collaborate directly with founders, engineers, marketers, and sales. You’ll help shape the product, the brand, and the company.

What You’ll Do
  • Create high-quality marketing assets: landing pages, visuals, ads, social content, decks, and more.

  • Design product interfaces and user experiences for Revwit’s web and mobile app.

  • Work quickly and ship with quality under tight feedback loops.

  • Own the end-to-end design strategy and solutions for high-profile, complex projects – from IA to storyboards to wireframes to user flows to high-fidelity mockups to clickable prototypes, and everything in between.

  • Validate ideas throughout the lifecycle of the project by partnering with product, incorporating insights into design iterations and helping translate learnings into product decisions.

  • Together with the Product Manager, build product strategies across products and conceptual directions for digital products to ensure the strategic and conceptual approach is crystal clear in the digital products.

  • Conduct A/B testing to validate design solutions and measure the impact of design changes on key metrics.

  • Design and prototype elegant solutions for web and mobile apps.

  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).

  • Combine UX thinking with design execution to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces.

  • Conduct usability testing & Heuristic evaluations.

Who You Are
  • Multi-Disciplinary – You’re comfortable switching between Figma prototypes and Canva banners, landing pages and UI components.

  • Detail-Oriented – You sweat the small stuff: spacing, consistency, clarity, accessibility.

  • Product-Driven – You think in flows and edge cases, not just screens.

  • Marketing-Minded – You design with messaging, conversion, and brand positioning in mind.

  • Collaborative – You work well across teams and take feedback without ego.

  • Fast & Focused – You can move quickly without sacrificing design quality.

  • Curious & Resourceful – You ask why before how. You use design to solve real problems.

Why Join Us
  • Salary in Naira: Competitive pay in local currency.

  • Health Insurance: We care about your well-being.

  • Remote Work: Enjoy flexibility in where and how you work.

  • Stock Options: Share in our success as we grow together.

How We Recruit
  • Apply: Fill out our application form. Our team will review your profile.

  • Design Task (if applicable): A small, time-boxed challenge to see how you approach real work.

  • Interview with Product Lead: To discuss design mindset and role expectations.

  • Final Chat: Meet another member of the team or leadership.

  • Offer: If it’s a mutual fit, we’ll send you an offer to join us.

If you’re a builder who wants to work on hard problems with a small, ambitious team, this is your shot.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
