Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote
Type: Contract (Salary + Bonuses)

What You’ll Do:

  • Outreach: Engage with potential clients in the US/UK, Saudi Arabia, UAE via email, phone, and social media, introducing them to our services and setting appointments for the sales team.

  • Relationship Building: Understand client needs and show them how Strattmont’s tailored services can benefit them.

  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside our Nigerian and global teams to improve outreach efforts and achieve sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communicator with 4+ years of experience in sales development, appointment setting, or a similar role.

  • Familiarity with recruitment, IT outsourcing, or Employer of Record services.

  • Highly organized, driven, and results-oriented.

  • A self-starter who thrives on performance-based compensation.
