We’re looking for a Visual Designer to create brand-forward, performance-driven creative across paid, web, email, and marketplace channels—helping Fellow show up beautifully and convert effectively across every customer touchpoint.

This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office and requires regular in-office presence in accordance with company policy. 

Who You Are

Fellow is looking for a brand-forward, performance-minded Visual Designer to help shape how our brand shows up—and converts—across all touchpoints. In this role, you’ll create high-quality, on-brand creative that drives results across paid media, email, web, and marketplace channels, while helping scale Fellow’s visual systems as the business grows. This role will collaborate with our Brand and Creative teams as well as other cross-functional partners.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal creative and marketing teams, as well as external agency partners, to own design execution from concept through launch. This role is ideal for a designer who values strong brand craft, understands performance constraints, and enjoys building scalable tools that enable fast iteration and testing.

What You’ll Do
  • Design on-brand, performance-driven ad creative across paid channels
  • Collaborate with stakeholders + copywriters to design email campaigns email campaigns, website layouts, and digital marketing experiences
  • Design assets for Amazon storefronts, wholesale materials, and retail partnerships
  • Balance brand storytelling with conversion-focused layouts, messaging hierarchy, and format-specific design
  • Prepare, export, and deliver paid media assets to our external ad agency, ensuring accuracy across specs, formats, and placements
  • Partner with brand, social, DTC, Amazon, and agency teams to support ongoing creative testing and iteration
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting creative for different audiences, platforms, and performance goals
  • Keep design files organized, documented, and easy to scale across teams 
  • Gain a deep understanding of our products and their functionalities
Qualifications
  • You have 5+ years of experience in visual or digital design across brand and performance marketing
  • You have designed paid media creative and understand how design decisions impact performance
  • Are fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience building and maintaining design systems
  • Can design within constraints while still delivering elevated, thoughtful brand work
  • Enjoy collaborating closely with marketers and agency partners
  • Are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable owning execution end-to-end
  • Have an appreciation for well-designed consumer products and an interest in the specialty coffee space

Salary range - $100,000 - $120,000 based on experience.  Plus, bonus and equity package.
