We are seeking a seasoned video storyteller — someone who brings strong production craft and a social-native instinct — to join the Spotify News social team. This is a hands-on, senior production role for a self-starter who brings creative vision before being asked and operates effectively with minimal direction.
The work spans the full video production lifecycle: from initial concept and storyboarding through footage gathering, editing, rights clearance, approvals, and final delivery. You’ll produce and edit compelling content — from sizzle reels and product overviews to short-form social clips — that brings Spotify’s corporate and consumer narratives to life across our owned editorial channels, including @SpotifyNews. The ideal candidate knows how to make audiences feel something: content that stops the scroll, builds excitement, and gives people chills in the best way.

- Support real-time and rapid-turn production during key company and cultural moments
- Stay close to social trends and platform updates to keep content relevant and engaging
- Collaborate with communications, marketing, design, and creative teams across projects
- Experiment with formats and creative approaches to grow audience engagement
- Use performance insights to refine storytelling and improve future content
