Manage original and licensed content deals from commercial terms through contract execution and close. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Studios, Advertising, Partnerships, and external rights holders; review agreements, track deal progress, prepare term sheets and approval materials, evaluate opportunities through financial modeling, monitor budgets, and communicate commercial insights and next steps.

Manage talent bookings across a podcast network, partnering with hosts and producers to identify, pitch, and secure compelling guests. Develop guest strategies aligned with audience interests and editorial priorities, support show teams with preparation and communication, and build relationships with talent, agents, managers, publicists, studios, and networks. Use audience insights, performance data, and editorial judgment to guide decisions while coordinating sensitive, fast-moving opportunities.

Manage relationships with Spotify creators in Lifestyle and Wellness, particularly Fitness. Recruit and onboard creators, advise on content and audience growth using performance insights, connect partners with Spotify products and opportunities, and inform creator, content, and product strategy through market feedback and portfolio trends.

Manage podcast advertising approvals, booking workflows, show launches, sales enablement, and cross-functional operations for The Ringer portfolio. Partner with sales, content, talent, and operations teams to track requests, resolve blockers, maintain booking calendars, support ad format rollouts, and identify process or revenue discrepancies.
