Own end-to-end evaluation, negotiation, and execution of podcast and video podcast deals. Perform commercial and financial analyses, pull performance dashboards, manage contract workflows, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and cross-functional partners to move deals from assessment to signed agreement.

You will provide legal guidance for Spotify's advertising business, manage contracts, ensure compliance with regulations, and support product counseling.

Manage partnerships with major and indie labels, providing operational support and troubleshooting rights management issues while collaborating with various teams to improve products and services.
